Fall is the best season in Utah. Not only are the colors in the mountains amazing, but there really is a lot to do here during this time of year and Troy and I have been trying to take advantage of as much as we can. The Heber Valley Railroad has a train called the Heber Creeper that runs through Provo Canyon and has different themes throughout the year. Right now it's the Haunted Canyon Train and since we are feeling festive, we decided to see what it was all about. My sister, Rachelle, and her friend happened to be going too, so we all sat together in one of the outside cars to get the full effect.
During the ride they told "scary" stories and had actors playing the parts at various points along the tracks.
Towards the end, all the lights went out and the characters hijacked the train. They had to have been from some high school or college drama class because they were actually really good.

Troy is sure getting to be quite the photographer!! I love that first photo! The other ones are cute too :) Love you! PS - Dave said you two are a cute couple! I agree!
What fun, I didn't ever hear about that when I was there, of course that was prehistoric times. You two do make a darling couple.
Looks like fun. SOrry we missed it!
Fall has always been my favorite!Enjoy your childless times, go and do everything!! We look forward to seeing you 2 again at Christmas!
Great pics! Looks like fun!
Looks fun! I've never heard of that before. You are brave. I bet you watched "Double, Double, Toil and Trouble" afterwards.
How cool! I've always wanted to take a ride on the Heber Creeper. Maybe we'll skip the Haunted Heber Creeper and go on Polar Express Creeper though, cause it's embarassing when Andy starts screeming like a little girl (ok, so it's usually me bcs I'm a woose). Awesome pictures!
How fun! where was this at?? and how much is it? ry and i need to do something fun this fall season, it seems we always do the same things!!
Sounds like you had a great time!! I never heard of anything like that either when we were living there. Lagoon has good scary stuff for Halloween too.
