Sick Baby = Sad Baby

Watery eyes, a stuffy/snotty nose, and whatever else aches that she can't tell me makes for one uhappy little camper.  Poor, sweet girl.  I mean, look at that perfect little pout.

And don't you just hate it when your baby's nose needs to be wiped or suctioned, and you know they'll feel better afterwards, but they scream and cry like you're trying to kill them in the meantime? Yeah, me too.

I did get one half smile amidst all the tears and snot.  And it almost made up for all of the crying and whining.  Almost. :)

P.S. If you haven't already, don't forget to give me your email for when I go private.  Thanks.

I think those are the SADDEST pictures I have ever seen! If you haven't already, put a humidifier in her room-- that helps my boys a lot. Also, saline solution is great for helping clear out the nose. It is a pain to do, but if you squirt some in the nose, then suction, it seems to last longer and you don't have to suction as many times during the day. I hope she feels better soon!

Also, I would love to keep following when you go private :)

How sad...sick babies are hard. But she still is pretty adorable. And I second the saline solution--it works wonders.
